The
LSW Titan Football Mom's Club is open to ALL moms, grandmothers,
sisters, aunts and friends of the football program who want to encourage
their sons, offer motivational support to the team and share in the
fulfillment of uniting with other football families. Each Titan mom
brings her time, energy, talents and positive outlook to the club.
Together, we work as a team to meet new people, have fun, laugh and
contribute toward a sense of unity in making a positive impact on the
football program established at
Lee's Summit West High School.
What we do for the team:
-
Help w/ the
transition to high school football for freshman or new football mom
-
Create locker
posters and provide goodie bags during Pac-the-Wac for Varsity and
Freshmen 1st home games.
Provide meals and
deliver them to Coach Boehm's house for ALL coaches after Friday
night games
-
Supply drinks
and/or popsicles during the July football camp
-
Take pictures of
all players and individual senior boys' shots during Media Day to
post on a shared website for all moms to access
-
Participate in a
fundraiser to provide additional revenue for team expenses
(2011 - Flamingo Fundraiser)

Decorate football
homecoming parade trailers
-
Attend the
homecoming mom's luncheon and create a senior mom's gift to be
distributed at the luncheon

Tailgate prior to
varsity home games to promote and encourage team spirit by uniting
families
-
Tunnel before
varsity games - Yell and scream to build excitement and to
demonstrate our support for the team
